How to progress or regress an opportunity

After you record opportunities you can either progress the record to the next sales stage or regress it to the previous stage. To perform either action, select the opportunity record that you would like to change. 

Then click on ‘Progress Stage’ or ‘Regress Stage’ to move the opportunity
