Click on the settings icon and select ‘Disconnect from QuickBooks’.
Alternatively, you can remove the link between a selected Legrand CRM Company or Contact and the customer record in QuickBooks Online.
Go to the Companies or Contacts module in Legrand Cloud CRM to select the customer. Click on the ‘QuickBooks’ tab and select ‘Unlink from QuickBooks’.
NOTE: QuickBooks customer records will still be visible in Legrand Cloud CRM once you remove the accounting link. However, you will not be able to retrieve any updates.
