Go to the Contacts module and select a contact. In the ‘Actions’ list, click ‘Create in QuickBooks’ and click ‘OK’ to confirm.

Once you create a record in QuickBooks Online, you can open the record in QuickBooks from your CRM. In the action list, select ‘Open in QuickBooks’.
NOTE: A ‘standalone contact’ refers to a contact that has no association with a company in Legrand Cloud CRM. If you transfer a standalone contact into QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks will use the contact’s home address as the billing and shipping address.
