Email Configuration in Legrand Cloud CRM

In Legrand Cloud CRM, you can send emails directly to your contacts. To enable this feature, you need to configure the outgoing email (SMTP) settings.

Go to the settings in Legrand Cloud CRM and select ‘Email Configuration’

Enter the following details in the configuration screen.

Outgoing Email Server: The SMTP server name for your email server. If you do not know the SMTP server name, you can search for it on the internet. E.g. SMTP settings for (your email server).

User Name: Your work email address. This could also be a generic email such as sales@yourcompany.com

Password: The password for the email account.

Outgoing server port number: Email providers may have different port numbers. The three ports are typically 465, 587 and 25. If you do not know the port number, you can search on the internet. E.g. SMTP settings for (your email server).

Tick the SSL checkbox if required.

Click ‘Test Email’ to ensure your email is successfully connected and save.
