In Legrand Cloud CRM, you can attach documents to an activity note, company record and contact record.
Navigate to a company or contact record and click on the plus icon to record an activity note.
Enter the activity note details and click ‘Attach file’ to attach a document.
You can also attach additional documents in the company or contact record. Go to the ‘Documents’ panel in the company or contact record and click ‘Attach Document’.
To search for documents, navigate to the ‘Documents’ module. Use the search bar to find documents related to a specific company or contact.
