How to fix the problem with opening files exported from Legrand Cloud CRM

If you experience an issue where you can not open a file exported from Legrand Cloud CRM, it is most likely that the file is blocked due to it ‘originating from another computer’.

To solve this issue, right-click on the exported file, select ‘Properties’ then ‘Unblock’.
