Go to the Contacts module and select the contact. Click ‘Create in Xero’ in the ‘Actions’ tab then ‘OK’.
Once you have created a new Xero contact, you can open the record in Xero from within your CRM database. Simply select ‘Xero’ from the list of actions in Legrand. In addition, sales transactions from Xero for the selected customer is stored within the record.
Note: If the customer is an individual contact Legrand CRM, the contact billing/shipping address will be used. If the customer belongs to a Company in Legrand CRM, the Company billing/shipping address will be used.
