Documents can be attached to either Company or Contact records within Legrand Cloud CRM. The Documents module provides a list view of all the documents stored within your Cloud CRM. Use the search bar to find documents by Company name or Contact name. In the results, you can open the documents directly from the module or navigate to the company or contact record where the document is stored. An additional description of the document is also displayed within the module.
