You can record calendar events in any of the calendar screen views. To record a calendar event, click ‘ADD’ in the top left corner.
Enter the calendar event details in the ‘Create Calendar Event’ form and click ‘Save’. Record information such as the time and date of the event and include a summary. In Legrand Cloud CRM, you can also specify the type of event for your calendar. For example, the calendar event can be an appointment, online meeting, phone call and many more. Click on the green icon to edit the list of calendar event types.
The remaining fields in the form are optional. For example, you can set the event as a recurring calendar event. You can also include additional contacts or team members in the calendar event, link an opportunity and store additional notes.
