The Legrand CRM Outlook Add-In can be automatically disabled if you are inactive. To re-enable your Legrand Outlook Add-In, open your Outlook account and click on the File Menu and select ‘Options’.
In the new window, click on ‘Add-Ins’ in the left menu. The information on the right displays a list of all Active, Inactive and Disabled Application Add-Ins. Look in the Inactive or Disabled list to locate the Legrand Outlook Add-In.
After you locate the file in the Inactive or Disabled list, select it and go to Manage at the bottom of the screen. Use the drop down list to select ‘COM Add-Ins’ and click Go… In the COM Add-Ins window, tick the checkbox next to Legrand Outlook Add-In to activate it and then click ‘OK’.
Note: In the ‘COM Add-In’ window, you can add or remove the Legrand CRM Outlook Add-In.
